What do you say before you say, “good bye”?
The Psychotherapy of Grief

Richard G. Erskine, PhD.

A 5-day workshop that includes teaching,
supervision, and some demonstrations: Wednesday, October 10 to Sunday, October 14, 2018
Domaine Les Fougeres, Mirmande, France (near Montelimar)

Death, aging and prolonged illness, separation and divorce, job termination and major disappointments all produce grief related symptoms such as denial, intense sadness or emotional numbness, confusion, and/or anger. This 5-day workshop will focus on the psychotherapy of loss and grief. Through formal teaching, case presentations, and live therapy demonstrations we will explore the various forms of psychotherapy effective in the resolution of protracted, complicated, and anticipated grief. This workshop is for mental health professionals who want to apply theory in clinical practice and to enhance their effectiveness through supervision of their own cases.

This workshop will be in French and English with professional translation.
